Data Analyst
Permanent/Full Time
Location: Hybrid - Thursdays in office
Needs to be UK Based
The Role
This is an execution-focused, high-impact role. You will be the primary owner of dashboard builds, tagging accuracy, and data structure for your assigned clients. Your work is what makes it possible for strategists and CS teams to make evidence-based creative decisions: and ultimately what makes AC's product genuinely valuable to clients.
You will work closely with the Creative Strategist, Client Services teams across our Plus (managed service) and Platform (SaaS) business lines, and the Product team.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Independently build, maintain, and QA dashboards for assigned clients using AC's proprietary platform (full training will be given)
- Own tagging accuracy: applying taxonomies, retagging sprints, and running regular tag health checks with the support and oversight of the Head of Strategy
- Compile clean, well-structured data summaries and reporting decks that strategists can interpret and present
- Flag data anomalies, missing tags, broken builds, and data risks before they become problems
- Use AI tools actively to improve the speed and quality of data work
- Be reliable, proactive, and easy to work with: the kind of person who does not need to be chased
What the day-to-day role looks like
1. Dashboards & Data Maintenance
- Build and maintain dashboards for assigned clients: applying the correct metrics, filters, and tags from a brief or template
- Proactively flag tag errors, missing data, or anomalies to the strategist or CS team
- Keep dashboards up to date as campaigns evolve, ensuring data is current and accurately reflects what is being tested
- Understand the key metrics used across the funnel for your clients and keep a working knowledge of why they matter
2. Tagging & Data Architecture
- Apply existing tag taxonomies accurately to ads and campaigns
- Retag sprints and build new tag categories under a strategist's / CS’s direction
- Run regular tag and taxonomy health checks across priority clients, flagging when structures need updating
- QA the tagging work of others and document known data quirks in the correct Drive folders
- Contribute suggestions for improving tag structures when you spot ways the data could be more useful
3. Reporting & Data Summaries
- Build well-structured data decks and reporting summaries: compiling performance data, applying the right visualisations, presenting in a format the strategist or CS team can use
- Identify the top-performing creative variables and headline metrics in a sprint, and flag what the strategist should look at first
- Ensure the data layer is accurate, clearly labelled, and ready to be interpreted: you own the data; the strategist owns the story
- Support the strategy and CS teams with ad hoc data pulls and analysis requests
4. Product, AI & Ways of Working
- Be a proficient and confident user of our platform: especially tags, data builds, and QA
- Flag bugs, inefficiencies, or data issues directly to the Product team via the strategist
- Use AI tools actively to improve the speed and quality of your data workflow: tagging, formatting, anomaly detection, reporting templates
- Document your data work clearly in the correct Drive folders, and share tips with the wider team so others can understand and replicate it
- Manage your own time and deliverables across multiple clients using Asana and the strategy
What we’re looking for
You are an analyst from a media or research background, or someone who has been doing data and reporting work in a marketing or adtech environment and wants to go deeper. You do not need to be a data scientist: but you need to love clean data or be an Excel lover, take genuine pride in accuracy, and be curious about how creative performance works. You have a ‘I’ll google / Chat GPT that’ to work it out mentality; but you won’t blindly copy and paste answers without fully understanding them. You’ll love telling a story with data, and be comfortable on the data end but also turning that into slides for clients too, we’d love the role to be client-facing too presenting your own work with the help of your Manager, the Head of Strategy.
Essential:
- Comfortable working with data: you can build a structured report, spot an anomaly, and explain clearly what you found
- High attention to detail: errors in data have real consequences and you take that seriously
- Organised and reliable: you manage your own task list, hit your deadlines, and do not need prompting
- Some experience working around marketing and digital advertising: you want to understand why the creative data you are working with matters
- Easy to work with: collaborative, responsive, and clear in how you communicate
- Familiar with spreadsheets and data tools (Google Sheets, Excel, or equivalent)
Nice to have:
- Ideally, you’ll be familiar with the metrics of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, display)
- Experience with dashboards like Looker, BI tools, or data visualisation
- Experience with tagging, UTM structures, or campaign tracking
- Proven use of AI tools to speed up data or analytical work (at the very least, be personally curious!)
- Interest in creative strategy, not just data: you want to understand what the numbers mean, not just produce them

Sales Director
Permanent / Full Time
Location: Hybrid - Thursdays in office
Needs to be UK Based
The Role
We are hiring a Sales Director to take ownership of new business and help build the new stage of Automated Creative's revenue engine.
This is a senior commercial role sitting at the intersection of enterprise sales, pipeline generation, and function building. You will own new business across enterprise brands and agency partners, while also helping define how we scale sales beyond founder-led growth.
You will be responsible for both generating and converting pipeline - building outbound activity across key ICPs, converting inbound leads from marketing, and closing complex enterprise deals that typically range from £30k - £200k ACV.
You will be selling into senior marketing stakeholders: CMOs, Heads of Performance, and VP Marketing teams across consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 8-12 weeks.
This is not a 'work existing pipeline' role. You will be expected to create demand, open doors, and build structure as you go, while operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where pace and ownership matter.
Why this Role Exists
This hire will take ownership of new business development, gradually transitioning and ultimately fully owning the sales motion as the company moves into its next stage of growth.
What the Day-to-Day Looks Like
You will own enterprise new business end-to-end, building your own pipeline while also converting inbound leads from marketing in partnership with Client Services. You will be speaking directly to senior marketing leaders, running consultative conversations and managing full sales cycles from first touch through to close.
Alongside closing deals, you will actively represent AC in market through networking, events and industry engagement, helping to open new commercial opportunities. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals including procurement and negotiation, and feed real-market insight back into Product and Marketing to shape how we position and sell.
As the business scales, you will also help define and build the sales function, improving how we generate, manage, and convert pipeline in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
Ideal Profile
You are a high-performing enterprise sales professional with a strong track record of closing £50k - £200k ACV deals in adtech, martech, or creative technology.
You are confident in selling to senior marketing stakeholders across complex, consultative sales cycles, and you are comfortable operating without heavy sales infrastructure or SDR support.
You combine inbound conversion with proactive outbound pipeline generation, taking full ownership from prospecting through to close. You win deals through insight, positioning, and commercial understanding rather than price.
You are commercially sharp, data-literate, and disciplined in CRM management and forecasting. You are entrepreneurial and self-sufficient, motivated by building and scaling new business in a fast-moving environment.
Essential
- You've built a successful track record in enterprise sales within adtech, martech, media, or creative technology
- You have a strong network across brand and agency-side marketing leaders
- You can demonstrate consistent success closing £50k - £200k ACV deals with senior stakeholders
- You're comfortable owning the full sales cycle independently, from first outreach through to close
- You have a proven ability to balance inbound conversion with proactive outbound pipeline generation
- You have a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (Meta, Google, DV360, TikTok) with a consultative selling approach
- You're commercially driven with a strong record of overachievement against targets
- You have excellent pipeline discipline: forecasting, CRM hygiene and deal management
- You're data-literate, and able to turn insight into clear, compelling commercial narratives
- You have a resilient, high-ownership with strong momentum through rejection and setbacks.
Nice to Have
- You have solid creative intelligence, and understand performance creative and AI-driven marketing platforms
- You have experience in founder-led, early-stage or scaling environments
- You have exposure to both brand and agency-side sales motions
- You have experience leveraging industry events, conferences and networking as pipeline generation opportunities
