Junior Designer (3-month contract)

Contract: 3 months (with possibility to extend or convert to full-time if successful in the role)
Location: Remote (or London Office if preferred, we do two days a week Tues/Thurs)

The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Designer to support our day-to-day creative production work, primarily in-platform ad building, asset prepping, and creative QA. You’ll work closely with designers, account teams, and ad operations to turn supplied creative into platform-ready ads, maintain quality standards, and help ensure everything ships correctly and on time.

This role suits someone early in their career who’s detail-oriented, understands brand guidelines and excited to learn how creatives are built and delivered in an Ad Tech environment.

What you’ll be doing
**
In-platform ad building & Asset Prep
**

  • Build ads directly in our platform following provided specs and templates.
  • Set up multiple ad variations efficiently (sizes, placements, messages, CTAs, languages, etc.).
  • Apply naming conventions and keep builds neatly organised for handover and reporting.
  • Resize, crop, export, and package assets for templates
  • Ensure brand consistency (logos, typography, safe areas, colours) across variations.

Creative QA

  • QA creative before launch: spelling, layout alignment, legibility, CTA clarity, safe zones, aspect ratios, timing (if motion), and file size/compression.
  • Validate builds match briefs/spec sheets and platform requirements.
  • Track issues clearly and collaborate with the team to resolve them quickly.

Additional Opportunities

  • Opportunity to learn from in-house Designers (4 full-time) to learn scripting in After Effects, Automation best practices and HTML Banner design
  • Creative ideation to improve ads requested via creative suggestions

What we’re looking for

Must-haves
**

  • 0–2 years of design experience (internships/students welcomed)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, consistent output.
  • Comfortable working at pace with lots of variations and clients, and communication timelines and workload effectively
  • Confident communicator—able to ask questions early and document changes clearly.

Nice-to-haves (not required)

  • Experience building ads in platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, DV360, etc.) or creative tools (e.g., Celtra, Bannerflow, Smartly, Canva, Figma—any relevant).
  • Basic motion skills (simple animations, text/frame changes, exporting lightweight assets).
  • Understanding of ad specs and common pitfalls (safe zones, file size, legibility, compliance).

Working Life

This could be a fully remote role, but to learn quickly we do recommend spending time with the team. We have one mandatory office day on Thursdays, but most people do also come in on Tuesdays. The working day is 9:30am - 6pm

Account Director (Toronto based)

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 CAD pa with an additional 10% target-based performance bonus, paid quarterly

The Role
We are looking for an Account Director to lead tier one accounts and run campaigns with world-famous brands. We're reinventing work as much as we are marketing, and are looking for someone entrepreneurial who wants to explore strategy, client management, technology, and data.
Experience working at an agency running day-to-day operations for a big account or portfolio and leading senior relationships is essential. You will be the central contact point for the client and be supported by a team of Client Leads and execs. Direct line management experience is required.

The role is a hybrid, with areas covering project management, data, strategy and creativity. You will have ownership with your team of a portfolio of clients, ensuring they are utilising our technology and supporting them to deliver their advertising campaigns and goals. We sit between a creative agency and a media agency, so we often work with multiple teams to deliver a holistic campaign; an understanding of both areas is important for this.

The ideal candidate has an agency background with particular experience in paid social and media and insights reporting, but is keen to work in a more creative space. You should have a good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and other social platforms. It is essential to have an understanding of how digital advertising bidding algorithms work and to have an interest in the power
of data.

Day to Day Role

  • Be the central leader of the Client Account, ensuring each local market Client Lead is working on time and as expected
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients to make sure they stay invested
  • Leading client data health-checks and communicating results, optimisations,
  • efficiencies and further capabilities
  • Managing the resource required to keep projects running efficiently, including briefing or managing copywriters or designers or ensuring the Client Lead team are
  • Keeping on top of blockers or timeline changes, and being aware of the implications of timeline delays on a project
  • Resolve client issues and provide structured feedback to Product to shape ongoing platform improvements.
  • Not being a ‘yes’ man, being a client consultant with AC’s needs and recommendations coming first
  • Add strategic value to the clients’ long term growth to grow and retain the portfolio
  • Stay ahead of industry changes and knowledge to keep us at the forefront of innovating digital advertising

Who are you?

  • You have at least 4 - 5 years of direct industry (agency) experience
  • You enjoy building relationships with clients and have a proven track record of this
  • You have experience handling a large, multi-market or multi-brand complex client
  • You have experience growing a commercial relationship
  • You have experience using DV360 and/or Facebook/Snap/TikTok Ads Manager
  • Both right and left-brained, highly organised and excited by data but has an interest in making on-brand and beautiful creative too
  • Detail-oriented as we often work with large numbers of ad creative, multiple clients and large data sets, an eye for numbers and precision is key
  • Efficiency-driven, we’ve built a company around automating tasks that are boring and slow, we want you to constantly be looking for ways to make your own role easier through automation and process
  • Self-sufficient, has a ‘let me google that’ attitude

The Basics
You will be joining 30 full-time employees in the UK, LATAM and Canada
The Toronto team are currently relatively remote, but do one day a week on Thursdays when all available in a Adelaide Co-Working space
