Using AI To Improve Advertising Performance And Uncover Insight: AC guest appearance on the Creative Agency Account Manager podcast

Tom Ollerton was recently interviewed on the brilliant Creative Agency Account Manager podcast, hosted by Jenny Plant.

We covered the future of marketing, how Automated Creative uses AI to deliver results and insights, and our creative channels.

It was a pleasure to speak to Jenny about how Automated Creative came about, after Tom’s consecutive “failing at a lot of different things” and eventually discovering advertising. We talked about how Tom fell in love with the way that automation was being used for creative outlets, and how he envisaged creating a new creative service to turn impressions into intelligence.

Our blend of social listening, creating ads at scale and collecting information on the psychological triggers that drive the action the brand wants is basically our “secret recipe.”

How does AI factor into that? Through using AI elements throughout the process and focusing on automation. Tom covered some recent examples of AC’s work on campaigns such as driving the performance of paid campaigns and social for KFC.

Our ability to produce numerous ads very quickly allows brands to test hundreds, if not thousands of creative options and understand what makes their audiences tick. We then update our work in several creative sprints so the ads’ performance is the best it can be by the end of a campaign.

We also talked about the Shiny New Object podcast and our advertising show, Advertisers Watching Ads.
